Improving agility and efficiency in your daily work!

No more Excels Charts, data double entry, email reminders to the freight forwarders and a lot more. From now on, Jennyfer import teams are managing their activities on Winddle, collaborating directly with their different forwarders.

In practice, how does it work? Purchase orders are directly imported and updated from the ERP to Winddle, and associated to the accurate import planning, configured in advance in Winddle by Jennyfer.

Once the order has been imported, Jennyfer’s import and customs team plus their freight forwarders can easily follow up the progresses at each stages of their planning and validate the phases they are responsible for. Thanks to their user dashboard, it’s been that easy to pinpoint priorities to handle !

Once the production has been completed and the quality validated, orders are ready to be shipped. Freight forwarders create their shipment directly on Winddle, consolidate the orders, provide reception, departure, arrival dates but also share the import documents such as B/L, packing list, etc.

No need anymore to look for changes or updates on import info, everything is gathered and updated automatically on Winddle, accessible to all concerned people, with automatic notifications if anything changes. With such automatically generated reporting, managers and directors are now able to access first hand data.
