Ysé Partners with Winddle to Centralize Supplier Management and Scale Upstream Operations

As the brand continues to grow and expand its collections, Ysé, the lingerie brand owned by the Etam Group, has selected Winddle to strengthen the management of its upstream supply chain. The collaborative platform will enable the brand to centralize order tracking, supplier communication, and document management, while addressing increasing product traceability and supplier compliance requirements.
The objective is to provide a single shared environment for production teams, suppliers, and warehouse operations in order to improve day-to-day visibility across upstream flows and synchronize key data with NetSuite ERP.
Increasing complexity in upstream operations
Until now, Ysé’s supply chain operations relied on a fragmented environment combining NetSuite ERP, Excel spreadsheets, and email exchanges. As order volumes increased, product ranges expanded, and traceability requirements became more demanding, this highly manual way of working was reaching its limits.
Beyond operational tracking, teams also needed to centralize and secure a growing amount of supplier, product, audit, and transaction certificate data and documentation. In this context, Ysé was looking for a more structured foundation to manage its upstream operations with greater visibility, responsiveness, and confidence.
“As the brand grows, we need to move away from a highly manual way of managing our upstream operations in order to gain better visibility and responsiveness. Winddle allows us to centralize communication with suppliers, improve order tracking reliability, and more easily anticipate gaps between forecasts and actual operations. The platform also provides a more structured framework for managing the documents and information related to our traceability and compliance requirements,” said Marion Gounon, Operations Director at Ysé.
A simple and modular approach designed for fashion brands
Winddle stood out to Ysé for its ease of use, fast deployment, and modular approach, capable of supporting both operational supply chain management and product traceability and supplier compliance initiatives.
The platform will be operational within a few weeks, with an initial scope focused on order management, supplier collaboration, and associated document workflows. In the longer term, Ysé also plans to extend Winddle’s use to transport tracking in order to further strengthen visibility across its upstream operations.
“We are very pleased to support Ysé in this new stage of structuring its upstream supply chain operations. This project perfectly illustrates the value Winddle brings to fashion brands: providing a simple, collaborative, and connected operational framework that improves day-to-day supply chain execution while supporting growing traceability, compliance, and end-to-end visibility requirements,” said Emilia Jevakhoff, CEO of Winddle.
