Construction Management Services secures construction site supply chains with Winddle

After several months of using Winddle, Construction Management Services (CMS), a leading player in Morocco’s construction sector, is sharing its first assessment of the benefits delivered by the platform. As the company continues to grow and manage increasingly complex international flows, CMS relies on Winddle to improve visibility across its supply operations, strengthen coordination with partners, and secure project execution.

Specialized in large-scale construction projects — including luxury hotels, office towers and industrial sites — CMS manages complex operations involving multiple suppliers, freight forwarders, headquarters teams and on-site teams. In this type of environment, any delivery delay can directly impact project timelines, team coordination and overall execution.

With the growth of its business and the increasing complexity of international supply flows, CMS’s previous operating model, largely based on email exchanges and Excel files, was no longer sufficient to efficiently track day-to-day operations.

Centralizing information became a key priority to streamline order monitoring, better anticipate disruptions and strengthen operational control across projects.

“We were managing increasing volumes of goods with outdated tools. We were spending a significant amount of time looking for information and consolidating data,” explains Youssef Bahssi, Logistics & Shipping Manager at CMS.

A collaborative control tower to manage supply flows end-to-end

Since implementing Winddle, CMS has built a true operational control tower to centralize all information and documents related to orders, transportation and construction site deliveries.

The platform enables teams and partners to share a single, reliable and up-to-date source of information, from suppliers through to construction sites. This shared visibility improves coordination between all stakeholders involved in operations and enables teams to better manage supply activities according to actual site requirements.

“Our main challenge is ensuring that deadlines are met. Winddle provides the visibility and structure we need to secure our supply operations and support our growth,” says Hanane Bouhmadi, Supply Chain Director at CMS.

Greater responsiveness in the face of unexpected events

With Winddle, CMS has seen a significant improvement in operational responsiveness and access to critical information.

“What used to take us an hour can now be done in two minutes. Everything is accessible within a few clicks, and we no longer waste time searching for information,” says Youssef Bahssi.

This simplification of operational monitoring allows teams to dedicate more time to project management and risk anticipation. CMS also leverages the consolidated data available in the platform to analyze supplier and supply performance across different projects.

“The construction industry is facing growing challenges around coordination, visibility and deadline management. Projects involve many stakeholders, suppliers and international flows, making reliable and shared information a key performance driver. Following our collaboration with Bouygues Construction, CMS further confirms the relevance of our approach for the construction sector and our ability to address its specific supply chain challenges,” says Emilia Jevakhoff, CEO of Winddle.

Through this new partnership, Winddle continues to expand its presence among construction industry players by supporting their transition toward more integrated, collaborative and data-driven supply chain models.
By providing teams with shared visibility across their flows, the platform addresses a critical challenge for the sector: better coordinating complex ecosystems to secure project execution.
