Zadig & Voltaire selects Winddle to optimize its upstream supply chain management
The French luxury fashion brand, founded in 1997 by Thierry Gillier, is simplifying and optimizing the management of its upstream supply chain flows to effectively support its strong growth objectives.
Zadig et Voltaire has chosen Winddle's Orders & Shipments Tracking solution to daily manage the tracking of all its supplier orders and warehouse deliveries in the brand's three geographic distribution areas (Europe, Asia, and North America).
"In a context of strong acceleration of our activity, with a highly international supply chain and very short product launch cycles, it is essential to efficiently and in real-time master the management of our supply chain. Winddle allows us to unify supplier order tracking processes that were previously fragmented and manual, by providing us with collaborative, harmonized, and structured tracking," explains Nicolas Gand, Supply Chain Director at Zadig & Voltaire. "On this topic of supply chain business process transformation, we need a flexible solution capable of bringing value quickly and able to accompany us in our future structuring. This is an important point that guided our choice."
"We were impressed by Winddle's very user-centric approach. The solution meets the specific business needs of upstream supplies and allows them to be managed with simplicity and efficiency," adds Caroline Hervé, Upstream Supply Chain Manager. "We are thus starting with a first scope of use that includes product managers, the Supply Chain team, and accounting managers internally, as well as our transport and quality service providers externally. The objective is to unify and optimize the tracking of supplier delivery schedules and all transport organization. In just three months, we will have thus eliminated the three or four different Excel reports used internally to track the flows, as well as the numerous emails and re-entries for the Supply Chain team. Connected to our ERP, the Winddle platform ensures us data reliability and operational reactivity that we were lacking until now."
"We are delighted with this collaboration with Zadig & Voltaire and with this gradual implementation that makes Winddle a support for the optimization of Supply Chain management, accompanying the brand in its operational productivity issues and improvement of the overall performance of their supply chain," concludes Emilia Jevakhoff, CEO of Winddle.
